HOW DO I EXPORT THE FILE AND WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

You can export the file normally from any editing system. Just make sure to choose this format:
QuickTime (Mov), AppleProRes 422 or higher with the highest bitrate. For the sound, the best is if you provide 6 separate audio tracks already labeled (L,R,C,LFE,RL,RC). In case you only have a stereo track we’ll triplicate it and take care of that as well
HOW AND WHERE DO I UPLOAD THE FILE?

You can either provide us your own link (Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer, etc…) or contact us and we’ll provide you an appropriate secured location on our server
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT DCP FORMAT THE THEATER WANTS?

If you don't know what the requirements are for the theatre where your film will be screened, you can ask them. BUT if you are not familiar with this, give us their phone number and we'll talk to them ! So we make sure we'll give them the right thing

Credit Cards - Cash - Wire Transfers. You will receive an invoice after the order has been placed and you will be able to pay in any of the aforementioned ways.
CAN I PROVIDE YOU MY OWN HARD DRIVE / USE THE SAME WITH THE EDITED FILE ?

Yes, but it’s better if you give us a separate hard drive where were we can create the DCP since we will need to format in a way you’ll no longer be able to open it. In case you only give us one hard drive, we’ll download the files from there and format that for the DCP use. Remember: you’ll not be able to use that hard drive anymore other than for the purpose of the DCP we create. Suggested capacity it at least 1 TB.
